M/s Medicare Environmental Management Private Limited (formely known as M/s SembRamky Environmental Management Pvt Limited) is now having its head office in Level 11B, Aurobindo Galaxy, Hyderabad Knowledge City, Hi-tech City, Hyderabad, Telangana – 500081, India. M/s MEDICARE is having relevant experience for the last 15 years and have expertise, technology & track records to ensure smooth Bio-Medical Waste Management.
We are operating 15 integrated Common Bio-Medical Waste Treatment Facilities across India with a client base of more than 20,000 health care establishments (HCEs) and serving more than 190,000 healthcare beds. The company employs more than 800 employees & has a fleet of more than 350 vehicles to collect & transport the waste. The company is ISO: 9000, ISO: 14000 & ISO: 18000 certified.
We have technically qualified and professionally trained and experienced personnel to perform waste audits and capable of training the hospital personnel in waste minimization practices, segregation, packaging and in occupational safety. We also proposes to provide guidance in packaging of the wastes.

Adityapur Waste Management Private Limited has a state of art facility which houses two incinerator which is unique in the state of Jharkhand. It has a double combustion chamber with gas quenching system. Air pollution control system for particulate matter removal. Dry scrubbing system to absorb the organics. Neutralization of acidic fume in stack for safe exhaust of treated gas. ID fan to maintain the negative draft throughout the system. Continuous emission monitoring at the end of the stack to monitor emissions. This helps us to maintain the emission standards as per the CPCB guidelines. PLC & SCDA systems for process control & automation.

The facility has well designed state of art, modern laboratory. It is well equipped with all sophisticated instruments required for the analysis prescribed by governing authorities.

Our laboratory is recognized by Ministry of Environment & Forest (MoEF) & is accurated by National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL) as per ISO 17025:2005 .The laboratory team is well experienced in analytical and instrumentation techniques.

The lab carries the comprehensive characterization of waste samples and accordingly prescribes Disposal Pathway. Finger print analysis of waste samples received for the disposal is carried out meticulously in order to cross check the Comprehensive Analysis records of the particular waste. The lab carries out in regular Environmental Monitoring of the facility which includes air, water, soil and noise monitoring.

The laboratory is having Microbiology facility to assess microbial contamination in environmental samples. The said set up of Laboratory is also used for commercial environmental sample analysis.

 

Adityapur Waste Management Private Limited (AWMPL), Dugni Mouza, Dist. Saraikela-Kharswan belongs to Re Sustainability Limited and started its operations in October 2002 as a world class Treatment, Storage, Disposal Facility (CBMWTF & CHW-TSDF) to manage Hazardous & Bio Medical waste disposal. The project was awarded by Jharkhand Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation (JIIDCO) to Re Sustainability Limited through global tendering and is set up on an area of about 22.81 acres.

The facility has Temporary waste stores, Intractable waste stores, Secured landfill, Autoclave, Shredder, Stabilization/treatment facility and an Incinerator with 100% power backup facilities.

Transportation of Hazardous & Bio Medical Waste is arranged by AWMPL with the help of specially designed vehicles.

The facility is equipped with a Hi-Tech laboratory enabling comprehensive analysis of solid waste, water and wastewater. It is well equipped with all sophisticated instruments required for the analysis prescribed by governing authorities. The laboratory monitors periodically the ground water, surface water, air, noise, soil and stack emissions within its premises.
